This one was something different.

Neighbour complained about head aches on hot days with a strange smell inside the car so yesterday I sprayed the whole interior with an enzyme odour eater and left to kill the bacteria and its food source.

Today was a follow up with a full antibacterial decon of all surfaces (fabric, leather, plastic, metal and glass). Full exterior wash down and seal, not too much time or effort spent on the outside, then treat interior fabric with a photocatalyst odour destroyer.

Came out quite nice, for a Picasso.

Sounds gross, but it’s got to be done. I wish some of my clients were more proactive about things like that, we get some terrible cars in.

It wasn’t dirty at all just the previous owner had pets in the car and the dealership my neighbour bought it from tried masking the smell with chemicals and not eliminating the cause.
